If you email your order, payment methods accepted are:
credit card, personal or cashier's checks (5 business days to clear),
money orders (3 to 5 business days to clear) and
PayPal (you must provide a confirmed address).
We will hold your emailed order for 7 business days waiting for payment.

Exchanging or Returns Products
Our policy is 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
We will gladly exchange your product if you don't like it.
Just send the product back to us (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable)
in the original package and in salable conditions, within 14 days of delivery,
add a letter letting us know why you didn't like it.
Upon inspection we will exchange it ( at your own shipping expenses), refund or credit.
Depending on products, some restrictions apply as:
restocking fees for returning products will be applied as credit card fees are non-refundable to us,
money back eligibility or store credit only.
Returned merchandise must be in salable conditions, in its original package,
carefully packed to prevent breakage in transit and
returned shipping costs must be paid by customer.
If returned merchandise arrives to us broken due to improper packing
we will not issue a credit or refund for broken item(s).
To return merchandise, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt with a
notation stating the reason for your return.

If you are only exchanging items please, enclosed self addressed and
stamped envelope to be returned to you.
If it was a manufactory problem (we will check, inspect, test and approved all products before we ship them out),
after information approval, we will resend a new product to you at our own cost.
