Ordering, Shipping and Payments Informations:

Shipping:

-FREE SHIPPING is for some item's (not all) and for USA delivery only via post office using Ground Advantage or Priority Mail services (it will depend on item's weight and measurements).
Not all products have free shipping.
Also, international orders have no free shipping.

If you are buying large quantities of the same item or multiple items, your shipping cost may be different than estimated, but
still, we will do our very best to save your money on shipping and we will let you know right away the best shipping cost for your order!!!


All products are checked, inspected, tested, approved and carefully packed before we ship them out.
We do not ship broken or damaged products, guarantee!!
We are not responsible for the shipping handling, services or delivery time
by the shipping carrier of our customers choice, and
all orders will be insured to guarantee delivery against loss or damage
by the chosen shipping carrier.


Your order should be shipped out within 2 to 3 business days or sooner if requested,
it still depends on supplier's product availability.
If your order will take longer for some reason, we will email you.

Shipping costs include insurance and handling fees.

USPS Shipping is closed on Sundays and US Holidays.

We do our best to give you the exact cost but,
sometimes when you are buying multiple items or large quantities
the final shipping cost will be different than the estimated shipping cost.
Sometimes, depending on product size, we can fit many in one Flat Rate boxes by USPS and

Credit Cards:
Credit card transactions are completely safe with Yahoo's store merchant service system 128 bits encryption.
For safety reasons, to make sure the credit card holder is the one who is ordering and gets the products, orders over $50.00 will be shipped to the confirmed billing address.
In order to get your order to be shipped to an alternate address you must use PayPal as payment.

PayPal:
INTERNATIONAL customers orders preferred payment is PAYPAL.
You must provide a confirmed shipping address and/or be verified.
Please be aware that the shipping cost is an estimate only and there may be a difference in shipping costs depending on how many items you are buying and you may have to send an additional payment to cover for the total shipping cost of your order. We will invoice you via PayPal if so needed.

-GIFT WRAP fee of $10.00 is for one wrap only. Multiple items orders will be wrap altogether.

Cancelling an order, Exchanging or Returning Products

-Cancelation:
When customers cancel their orders,
we will refund their money minus "a cancelation fee of 10%" on the order total as credit cards and sales fees are not refunded to us after the transaction is completed.

Exchanging and Returns:
Our policy is 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
We will gladly exchange your product if you don't like it within 14 days of purchase.
Just send us an email and let us know what would you like to exchange for, UPON APPROVAL, send the product back to us (shipping cost is at customer's expenses).
ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED.
Returned products must be in its original package and in salable conditions.
Add a letter letting us know why you didn't like it or a copy of the email you sent to us.
Upon product inspection after we received it, we will exchange it (at customer's shipping expenses), refund or credit.

Depending on products, some restrictions apply as:
restocking fees for returning products will be applied as credit card fees are non-refundable to us,
money back eligibility or store credit only.

Returned merchandise must be in salable conditions, in its original package,
carefully packed to prevent breakage in transit and
returned shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
If returned merchandise arrives to us broken due to improper packing
we will not issue a credit or refund for the broken item(s).
To return merchandise, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt with a
notation stating the reason for your return.
